In the summer of 1938, the Popular Army of the Republic managed to stop Franco's advance towards Valencia by building the well-known XYZ, the largest line of defense built during the Civil War.On this simple route, we'll walk the stretch of the line as it passes through La Vall d'Uixó and discover its very important war heritage such as trenches, machine gun nests, anti-aircraft shelters and much more. In addition, and for a better understanding of the events, we will complete the explanations with a sample of photographs and other documents where we will know all the details of these facts that would change our landscape forever.
