An ideal place close to the capital where you can enjoy a day of hiking and Nordic walking in the Mediterranean forest at the foot of the mountains of Les Rodanes. At the end you will leave your backpack and your walking sticks and you will enter an authentic Mediterranean cooking workshop with Joan Climent and Paco Albert. Have you tried a tasting of extra virgin olive oils? You will learn how to find the aromas and discover the properties of each oil, and then, in the cooking workshop, you will learn how to make arroz de la ribera, the authentic rice that was made on the banks of the Turia. This is a day of hiking or Nordic walking where you will take home an apprenticeship in Mediterranean gastronomy.
